PULSE SIZE WHEATSTONE BRIDGE FOR THE CALIBRATION OF SCINTILLATION SPECTROMETERS (in German)

Journal Article · · Acta Physica Austriaca (Austria)
OSTI ID:4630704
A Wheatstone bridge for the calibration of scintillation spectrometers is described that makes possible calibrations with an error of 1 0/00 because of its accuracy and time constancy. The principle of the circuit is discussed, and then the circuit is described in some detail. The principle of the method is that there is not only a linear relation between pulse size and compensation voltage but that, after the addition of an additional zero point corrector, both the pulse voltage and compensation voltage are absolutely equal.
