Current data are presented from the HASL Fallout Program, the New Zealand Department of Scientific and Industrial Research, and the Dominion X-Ray and Radium Laboratory in New Zealand. Radionuclide levels in fallout, milk, tap water, diet, and upper air saraples are given in tabular form. Also included are interpretive reports and notes dealing with worldwide fallout levels through 1962, measurements of fallout gamma radiation, statistical studies of fallout vs frequency of precipitation and optimum sample sizes for fallout surveys, Sr/ sup 90/ levels in the 1962 wheat crop and milling products, stable Sr concentrations in three bones of the human skeleton, and quality control data for HASL and other laboratories for the preceding year and a half. A bibliography of recent literature pertinent to fallout studies is included. (auth)
