Multiobjective PWR reload core optimization using a genetic algorithm

The search for optimal PWR loading patterns is not only a formidable optimization problem but is in reality a multiobjective problem. This paper describes a Genetic Algorithm designed to perform true multiobjective optimization on such problems and presents an example illustrating its effectiveness.
