We study {epsilon}{prime}/{epsilon} in the standard model and {epsilon}{prime}/{epsilon} due to anomalous {ital WW}{gamma} and {ital WWZ} interactions as a function of the top quark mass. In the standard model, {epsilon}{prime}/{epsilon} is in the range 10{sup {minus}3}--10{sup {minus}4} for the central value of the top quark mass reported by the CDF. The anomalous gauge couplings can have large contributions to the {ital CP}-violating {ital I}=2 amplitude in {ital K}{r_arrow}{pi}{pi}. Within the allowed regions for the anomalous gauge couplings, {epsilon}{prime}/{epsilon} can be dramatically different from the standard model prediction.
