Status and near future of the H{sup {minus}}(D{sup {minus}}) related R&D at the Kurchatov Institute

Negative ion related researches and developments at Kurchatov Institute are going now in connection with a participation of Russian scientists in ITER NBI program. According to this participation and its degree we could nominate following directions of our activity: ITER RELATED NBI DESIGNING, PLASMA NEUTRALIZER DEVELOPMENT, H{sup {minus}} ION SOURCES DEVELOPMENT, H{sup {minus}} accelerator development is, in fact, stopped now because of lack of funding.
