Substitution measurements in the Process Development Pile (PDP) were used to determine bucklings and diffusion coefficients for D2O-moderated lattices of tubular natural UO2 fuel assemblies. Four types of assemblies were investigated at triangular lattice pitches of 9.33, 11.10, and 12.12 inches. Coolants within the different assemblies include D2O, air, and mockups of H2O fog and organic liquids.
