Magnetic measurements on strong-coupling Pb/sub 1-2x/Bi/sub x/Tl/sub x/ and Pb--In superconducting alloys

Measurements are presented of the generalized Ginzburg-Landau parameter kappa /sub 2/(T) and the bulk upper-critical field H/sub c2/(T) as a func tion of temperature T near the critical temperature in Pb/sub 1-2x/Bi/sub x/Tl/sub x/ , where x ere y = of kappa /sub 2/ in Pb-In by Farrell et al., which are in disagreement with weak-coupling theories are found to be in agreement with calculations by Eilenberger and Ambegaokar and by Usadel which include both strong-coupling and electron-mean-free-path effects.
