Isobaric analog of the lowest 3/2$sup -$ state of $sup 45$Ca

The 8.113- and 8.130-MeV states of /sup 45/Sc have been identified as the main components of the split isobaric analog of the lowest 3/2/sup -/ state of /sup 45/Ca. A group of /sup 45/Sc levels around 4.5 MeV is s trongly excited in the gamma decay. The total M1 strength has the expected order of magnitude. (4 figures, 1 table) (auth)
