The paper describes the program designed to provide information to determine if any equipment modifications will be needed to reduce HCl, SO{sub 2}, No{sub x}, metals, and dioxins and furan emissions from an existing MWC facility located in Davis, Utah. The paper briefly describes the existing facility and the installed APC system consisting of dry injection of sorbent material followed by a 3-field electrostatic precipitator (ESP).
