A computer program for the determination of trace elements in components of the water systems bed material, suspended material, dissolved substances, plankton, algae) by nondestructive activation analysis was developed. Results of the determination of Cr, Sb, Sc, Fe, Co, Na, and La concentrations in suspended materials from the Danube river, obtained by interpretation of data with a CDC- 3600 computer (64 k words), are presented.
