Journal Article · · Phys. Rev. Lett., v. 30, no. 21, pp. 1082-1084
Models of differentially rotating neutron stars have been calculated. An upper limit to the rotational enhancement of the maximum gravitational masks is found to be about 50% when the Ostriker-Tassoul instability criterion is used. (auth)
