Renormalizability, gauge invariance and vμve scattering in Weinberg-Salam model

Journal Article · · Nuclear Physics. B
The amplitude for vμve elastic scattering was calculated to fourth order in Rgz gauge in the framework of the Weinberg- Salam model to verify renormalizability and gauge invariance. Regularization and renormalization of two-point spinor loop contributions are explicitly carried out and it is shown that the relevant WTidentities are satisfied. Comparative comments on ζ -limiting precedure, R/sub xi /- and U-gauge calculations are made.
