Portable Ge(Li) spectrometer for the measurement of x-ray tube voltages (in German)

A portable planar-drifted Ge(Li) spectrometer for the determination of x- ray tube voltages for licensing is described. From the measured short wavelength limit of the bremsstrahlung spectrum, the tube voltages were ascertained with an uncertainty of plus or minus 2 kV. (GE)
