Atmospheric x-ray measurements in the southern hemisphere using stratospheric balloons (in Portuguese)

Technical Report ·
OSTI ID:4401455
X-ray (30 to 300 keV) flux measurements using a 2.54cm X 2.54cm NaI(Tl) detector are presented. A stratospheric balloon going up to an altitude of 38.6km was used. The launching took place in Sao Paulo, Brazil. An analysis of count rate vs. altitude was made during the flight. (auth)
