Solar wind-Mercury atmosphere interaction. Determination of the planet's atmospheric density
Journal Article
·
· Journal of Geophysical Research
It is shown that the atmosphere of Mercury can be detected and possibly its density determined from solar wind data such as those that will be obtained with the Mariner-Venus-Mercury spacecraft during the flyby mission of 1974.
