In ecological effects of nuclear steam electric station operations on estuarine systems. Volume I. A newly developed method for assessing the effects of a nuclear power plant on the physical conditions in the aquatic environment is described, and results obtained from applying this method to determining changes in the temperature, salinity, and dissolved oxygen conditions in Chesapeake Bay waters near the Calvert Cliffs nuclear power plant are presented.
