The effect of the ratio of radioisotopes on the immunological reactivity in the animal organisms was examined. Both the antimicrobe resistance and the formation of autoantibodies in the irradiated organism were studied. Carrying out the study under different conditions (the complete organism, cellular, and subcellular) with the use of modern methods made it possible to reveal some mechanisms of change of immunity under the effects of incorporated radioisotopes.
