New experimental data are presented on the reaction K/sup -/p yields LAMBDA omega from a bubble chamber experiment at 3.13 and 3.3 GeV/c. The cross section, production amgular distribution, A-polarization, and omega -density matrix elements are determined. The joint decay distribution of the A and omega together is also investigated; this contains sufficient information to perform an almost complete amplitude analysis for the reaction. These amplitudes are used to test a duality + absorption hypothesis. (auth)
