Studies of the subject waves showed that the spectral indexes at the north and south poles are the same and equal to 0.52. In the disk region, within- -1O deg and 110 deg along b'', there is a sharp decrease in alpha with a minimum at the disk surface. Directly at the disk surface. in the direction from the anticenter to the center, the spectral index drops from 0.53 to 0.28. The absolute minimum in alpha is at the galactic center. The maximum alpha , 0.68, is in the region of a section along b'' at l = 30 deg . At l = 180 deg , alpha = 0.44. (TTT)
