Asymptotic behavior of the scattering amplitude phase (in Russian)

The relations are obtained cornecting the asymptotic behavior of the scattering amplitude phase with the dimension of the energy dependence of the amplitude in the asymptotic region. The method used is based on application of Meyman theorem 3. In addition to the general properties of the scattering amplitude certain restrictions are imposed on its possible oscillations on the real axis in the asymptotic region. (auth)
