Electron-beam lithographic techniques havc been used to fabricate Nb microbridges, and their superconducting properties have been investigated. A reduced T/sub c/ is found for some of the links, and microwave-induced steps and the temperature dependence of the critical current consistent with the Josephson effect are observed. (auth)
