Electron scattering by 2s--1d-shell nuclei in the $alpha$-particle model

Elastic and inelastic scattering of high energy electrona by the 2s -1d- shell nuclei is studied on the basis of a veraion of the alpha -particle model which considers connection with the shell-model. The 2s--1d-shell nuclei are considered as an inert core of /sup 16/O with an alpha -particle system above the core. The calculated values of the proposed model are-in good agreement with the experimantal data obtained from electron scattering by the /sup 20/Ne, / sup 24/Mg, /sup 28/Si and /sup 32/S nuclei. (auth)
