A description is given of the physical characteristics of the Experiment 2B hybrid spectrometer now operating at NAL, consisting of the 30-inch bubble chamber and wide-gap optical spark presented. Further details of track reconstruction and bubble chamber/spark chamber hookup software are presented, along with results for 15 and 200 GeV/c tracks. (auth)
