Keepin's method applied to separate determination of fissile elements in mixtures using a beam of gamma quanta (in Russian)

Yield and depletion curves are presented for the photofission of /sup 232/Th, /sup 235/U, /sup 238/U and /sup 239/Pu with gamma quanta having a m aximum energy of 15 MeV, and also for the photofission of /sup 253/U and /sup 238/ U with gamma quanta having energies of 8 and 10 MeV. Discrimination ratios are given for characterizing /sup 235/U in the presence of /sup 238/U. The discrimination ratios seem to be favorable for the analysis of fissionable elements, but require experimental confirmation. (SJR)
