Internal conversion coefficients of the K-forbidden M1 transitions in $sup 169$Tm

The K-conversion coefficients of the K-forbidden 177 and 198 keV M1 transitions in /sup 169/Tm have been measured by means of the electron--electron coincidence method. The results obtained alpha K (177 keV) = 0.52 plus or minus 0.03, alpha K (198 keV) = 0.39 plus or minus 0.02 are found to be normal. No penetration effects are shown in the conversion process which result is in agreement with the directional correlation experiments. (auth)
