Experiences which may be of considerable importance during the operation and mairtenance of a nuclear power plant are discussed. Efforts which were undertaken to detect and reduce leakages are reported. Furthermore a method for sealing water-filled pipe sections by freezing is described. Underwater inspections and some particular experiences with auxiliary handling equipment are described. Problems during the inspection and repair work at the steam generators of Beznau I are discussed. (auth)
