A report is given with regard to the possibilities of cineroentgenotherapy of the parametria and of the lymphatic excretory pelvic region by ultrahard x rays of the 42 MeV betatron. During an iliac pendulum irradiation, the dose distribution can be adjusted to the course of the iliac lymphatic excretory region by grouping the pendulum axes in a cranially convergent manner; herein, the dose maxima, first being separated, are coinciding completely in the height of the aortal bifurcation. The use of the method, combined with local radium therapy, and the radiation dose to the adjacent organs are discussed. (auth)
