Effect of polyester plasticizers on the radiation crosslinking of compositions of poly(vinyl chloride) and triallyl esters of cyanuric acid (in Russian)
The results of the investigation of the effect of some polyester plastizers on the radiation cross-linking of polyvinyl chloride and compositions of polyvinyl chloride and cyanuric acid triallyl esters were reported. It was established that during the irradiation of polyvinyl chloride in the presence of the polyester plasticizers studied an unbroken three-dimensional structure is not formed. The change of the diffusion coefficient with the change of the irradiation dose depends on the type of polyester plasticizer. The radiation cross-linking of polyvinyl chloride and cyanuric acid triallyl esters is significantly intensified in the presence of polyester plasticizers. The greatest density of radiation cross-linking of the mixture is observed in the presence of ethylene glycol-based polyester plasticizers. The possible causes of the synergism of the component effects during radiation cross-linking are examined. (tr-auth)
