ENERGY LOSS AND RANGE OF CHARGED PARTICLES IN ORGANIC SOLIDS AND ALUMINUM

The calculated energy ioss and range of heavy charged particles, electrons, and positrons in twelve organic solids and aluminum arc tabulated for particle energies up to E/M//sub 0/c/sup 2/ = 20. The corresponding particle stopping times are estimated. The results are compared with available experimental data. (auth)
