The concentration of precious metals varies in a wide interva1 of concentration. Seven of the analyzed meteorites were enriched in Ru, three in Pd, one in Os, and one in Pt which indicates the strong differentiation of this group of elements. A positive correlation was observed in the Ir-Os and Pt-Ru concentrations (Ir: Os and Pt: Ru = 1: 1) which is in agreement with the literature data for other meteorites. There is a tendency to a positive corre1ation of the Os- Ru and Ir-Ru concentrations. The ratio of the concentration of the latter series (with increase of the concentration) changes from 5 to 20. For four octahedrites, two hexahedrites, and Ching ataxite a negative correlation of the Ir -Pt concentration was observed. There is no correlation for the Ir-Pd concentration. Au has a tendency to negative correlation with Pt, Ir, Os, and Ru and a positive correlation with Pd. Increase of the concentration of Au with increase of the Pd concentration and the positive correlation of Au - Ni and Pd- Ni makes it possible to assign them to the Au-Pd- Ni group. (tr-auth)
