From international conference on nuclear structure studies using electron scattering and photoreaction; Sendai, Japan (12 Sep 1972). See CONF- 720907-. The ( gamma ,xn) cross section for fluorine-19 was studied, especially the detailed structure in the leading edge of the giant resonance (from threshold to 19 MeV). The neutron yield curve was measured as a function of bremsstrahlung endpoint energy. A striking fine structure appears in the cross sections below and in the giant resonance. (JFP)
