Anilines substituted in 2, 4, or 2, 4, 6, positions with at least two nitro groups, or with one nitro group and one or more chloro groups, can be titrated as acids in pyridine with triethyl-n-butylammonium hydroxide as titrant. Diphenylamine derivatives with nitro group in 4 position, trinitrotoluene, and trinitrobenzene can also be titrated. (auth)
