Declassified 26 Nov 1973. The railroad flatcar and all the equipment used as the test vehicle for the Tory IIC reactor are described. The components described include all equipment on the flatcar with the exception of the reactor, reactor controls, and instrumentation. The safety features of the test vehicle are discussed. (JWR)
