Influence of adrenaline on the change of coagulability of rabbit blood in acute radiation sickness (in German)

In experiments with rabbits, the influence of adrenaline on blood coagulability was studied. A radiation injury of the coagulating system of blood was found not to be caused by a disturbance of the contact phase of hemocoagulation. Curing marked hemorrhagic manifestations, the hypercoagulemia reaction to the introduction of adrenaline is maintained which does not differ from the normal reaction as to the extent of its distinctness.
