Historical perspective of radiation protection

In health physics in the healing arts. Problems relating to human health from the use of radiations in medical diagnosis and therapy are reviewed, with emphasis on the hazards of diagnostic radiography. Developments in radiation protection from 1895 through 1971 are reviewed.
