Progress on bedrock storage of radioactive waste at Savannah River is reported. The program is being deferred indefinitely by the AEC. Two segments of this program will continue to conclusion by January. These are: (1) exploration of the Triassic formation beneath the plant site, and (2) technical reassessment of the program. (TFD)
