Nitrogen neutron elastic and inelastic scattering cross sections from 4.34 to 8.56 MeV
ABS>Measured ntrogen neutron elastic and inelastic cross sections at incident neutron energies from 4.34 to 8.56 MeV are presented and compared with previous results. The elastic data are systematically lower than the data of Bostrum et al., and systematically higher than the data of Bauer et al., but generally agree with the data of Chase et al. aad Phillips. The angle- integrated differential inelastic scattering cross sections are in reasonable agreement with previous results. Agreement of the data and ENDF/B III MAT 1133 is reasonable.
