Scattering of fast nucleons by black nuclei possessing rotational or vibrational levels is considered in the adiabatic approximation. It is showm that in the diffraction region of scattering angles the shape of the angular distributions of nucleons of definite energy. which are scattered with an excitation of a given collective level of an even-even nucleus, does not depend on whether the level is a rotational or vibrational one.
