A study of the interaction of UCl/sub 4/ with the chlorides of sodium and potassium is reported. The system NaCl--KCl-UCl/sub 4/ has two eutectic points and one peritectic and includes compositions of low melting points, which can be used as electrolytes for electrochemical production of uranium.
