THERAPEUTIC USE OF RADIOACTIVE COBALT IN LARYNGOLOGY

Two hundred patients with malignant tumors of the larynx were treated with a teletherapy unit employing cobalt-60 as a gamma source. Daily irradiation doses ranging from 250 r up to total doses of 10,000 r were used. Clinical results are reported. (C.H.)
