High spin rotational states in $sup 154$Dy, $sup 164$Er, and $sup 162$Yb

High-spin rotational states in /sup 154/Dy, /sup 164/Er, and /sup 162/Yb were investigated with ( alpha ,4n gamma ) and ( alpha ,6n gamma ) reactions. The ground-state rotational bands were identified up to spin 14 for /sup 154/Dy and /sup 162/Yb and spin 16 for /sup 164/Er. Anomalous behavior of the moment of inertia was observed in /sup 164/Er.
