The process assisting electron capture in betatron accelerators was investigated. Assuming that the electrons in a given coordinate system are moving along the equilibrium orbit with azimuthal velocity of injected electrons then the meeting and collision of the electrons in such a set of coordinates is quite probable. The statistical conditions of sharp attenuation of osoillation may be fulfilled because of multiple scattering of some electrons injected on the equilibrium orbit. Evalustions were made of such phenomena. (R.V.J.)
