- Descriptions are given of a permalloy transducer for measuring static and dynamic magnetic fields in accelerators in the range of 0 to 60 gauss. The sensitivity of the apparatus is 2 to 3 x 10/sup -3/ gauss. The scheme automatically eliminates errors of the transducer. Also, a method is offered for measuring distortions in the cyclotron middle magnetic plane. (tr-auth)
