Characteriatics of the Cosmotron Bevatron, the proton sychrotron at UCRL, electron synchrotrons at Cornell and CIT, and the electron linear accelerator at Standford are described briefly. Descriptions are given of four multi-Bev accelerators now under construction or in final stages of design. A design study has been carried cut at Stanford Univ., on a 40-Bev electron linear accelerator. Preliminary design studies of a multi-Bev fixed-field alterating- gradient accelerator are described.
