Elastic transfer of a 1p/sub 3/2/ hole in the scattering of $sup 12$C on $sup 11$B

The elastic scattering of /suip 12/C on /sup 11/B was measured between 35 deg and 150 deg in the c.m. system at incident energies of 15, 17, 20, and 24 MeV. A consistent description of the data was obtained by including the elastic transfer, which is treated as the exchange of a 1p/sub 3/2/ hole by using DWBA. (1 figure) (auth)
