ISOLATION OF CARRIER-FREE Mn$sup 54$ AND I$sup 125$ FROM CYCLOTRON TARGETS

Technical Report ·
DOI:https://doi.org/10.2172/4301366· OSTI ID:4301366
Chemical processing for the recovery and purification of carrier--free I/ sup 125/ and Mn/sup 54/ produced by bombardment of isotopically enriched Te/sup 125/ and Cr/sup 54/ with protons in the ORNL 86-inch cyclotron is discussed. The enriched Te/sup 125/ and Cr/sup 54/ were recovered for re-use. (auth)
