Measurements of the oxygen total neutron ctoss &ction from 3.5 to 4.4 Mev and the 0 (n,q)Coa reaction cross section from 4.0 to 5.2 Mev are presented. jh a sludy of the Coa(q,n)OoB reaction the following quantitles were measured: the 0" y~eld tom O.B to 3.5 Mev, 29 and 146" yields between 2.0 and 3.5 Mev, and 47 angular The general criteria for the stability and isochronism in cyclotrons with a radial magnetic field are derived.
