An improved differential energy spectrum method or calculating buildup factors through laminated shields for 6 Mev gamma radiation is presented. Buildup factors and energy spectra calculated with this method are compared to data presented in NYO-3075 and to the results of Monte Carlo calculations for laminated shields.
