THE ROLE OF HETEROZYGOSITY IN DROSOPHILA POPULATIONS
Technical Report
·
OSTI ID:4289507
An analysis was made of the viability effects of radiation-induced mutations in heterozygous condition in populations of Drosophila. The results of seven large experiments involving the examination of more than 9000 cultures and tbe counting of more than three and a quarter million flies are summarized in tabular form. Limitations of the experimental procedures and results of the experiments are discussed. (C.H.)
