The elastic scattering phase shifts for Dirac particle/ are determined from the interaction potential with account of the second approximation. The results of the Born approximation, damping theory, and the McKinley and Feshbach formula which is a generalization of the Rutherford--Mott formula, can be derived as special cases. cases. (auth)
